Submit to Phygital+ Library

How to Submit to the Phygital+ AI Library, and What Follows

The Phygital+ AI library sits at library.phygital.plus, a subdomain of phygital.plus, and takes submissions through one short form at /tool-submission. Three text boxes, no account, no fee, about a minute of work. Ahrefs rates phygital.plus 47, and since Domain Rating is measured per domain rather than per subdomain, that figure belongs to the parent.

We submit customers here, so what follows is the walkthrough we would hand someone doing it by hand, including the parts that are usually left out. The form is genuinely easy. The thing worth knowing first is what the record shows about submissions actually appearing, and we have put that in its own section rather than burying it.

One thing to get right

The third box asks for your social media handle or any contact data, and it says why: so everyone can see that this AI tool was submitted by you. That is a field meant for public display. Put a handle you are happy to have shown and keep private email addresses and phone numbers out of it. The form has no separate email field, so nothing here is a private channel.

Per library.phygital.plus/tool-submission, the library home and its entries, phygital.plus, robots.txt and the sitemaps of both, plus archived copies, read on 10 August 2026. Domain Rating is Ahrefs' figure via submitator.com/domain-rating-checker and is a domain-level metric, so 47 is the rating of phygital.plus rather than of the subdomain; no second provider was queried. Field names, placeholders and the required flags are read from the form's own served configuration, and nothing was submitted through it. The form is a Softr form writing to an Airtable base; the table it writes into and the base the library renders from are different, which is an observation about their setup rather than a claim about what anyone does with the rows. The publishing record is from the library's own sitemap, whose URL set has been unchanged since 4 August 2025 with nothing added or removed in the twelve months to this check; the newest entry of any kind is dated 13 November 2025 and is first-party, and the most recent third-party tool we could date is 6 February 2025. Outbound links on entries carry rel='noopener noreferrer' on all 59 we parsed, with no nofollow, sponsored or ugc among them, but they are inserted by JavaScript and are not present in the HTML the server sends, so whether a crawler credits them is not something we can determine from outside. Submitter credit was checked across 38 published entries. Turnaround, approval, rejection and whether a blank submission is refused are all behind the form and were not tested. Submitator submits here as part of its catalog: $29 for 30 directories, $49 for 60 and $79 for 100, one-time, chosen by you in the dashboard with DR shown, badges installed and kept live, a live link per completed listing, rejections credited back as +1 directory and a 30-day refund policy on the conditions in our terms.

How to submit to the Phygital+ library, step by step

  1. 1

    Go to the right URL

The form lives at library.phygital.plus/tool-submission, linked from the library's navigation, its home page and its footer. Guessing /submit will get you a 404, so use the full path.

  2. 2

Paste the full link to your tool

The first box is placeholdered 'Link to the tool'. It is configured as a URL field but renders as a plain text input, so nothing checks the format. Include the https:// yourself rather than relying on it being added.

  3. 3

Write the description in the second box

The prompt is 'Describe the tool: what you can do with it, what to use it for, etc.'. No length is stated and nothing is enforced, so write what a reader would need: what it does, who it is for, what it replaces.

  4. 4

Put a public handle in the third box

It asks for a social media handle or contact data so that everyone can see who submitted the tool. Read that literally: it is for display. A public handle is the right answer and a private email address is not.

  5. 5

Fill all three even though nothing forces you

All three fields are marked required in the form's own configuration, yet none carries an HTML required attribute, there are no labels or asterisks, and the form is set to skip browser validation. Your browser will happily send a half-empty form; whether their side accepts one is not visible from outside.

  6. 6

Press Send, then write down the date

You get an in-page line reading 'Thank you for your submission!'. There is no email, no redirect and no account to check, so make a note of when you submitted and look at the library yourself later.

The form, box by box

It is a Softr form writing into Airtable, and it is about as short as a submission form gets. Three visible inputs in this order: a single-line Link to the tool, a text area reading Describe the tool: what you can do with it, what to use it for, etc., and a second text area reading Share your social media handle or any contact data, so everyone can see that this AI tool was submitted by you. Then Send. There is one hidden field you never see, which tags the record as coming from the community.

A few practical notes from the markup. There is no captcha and no account step, so nothing slows you down. There are no visible labels and no asterisks, which is why the required-field question is confusing: the settings mark all three as required, but the form carries none of the usual HTML attributes and explicitly turns off browser validation. Nothing checks the URL format either. None of that stops you submitting; it just means the form will not catch your mistakes for you.

What happens after Send, and what nobody can tell you

You see Thank you for your submission! on the page. That is the whole of it. No confirmation email arrives, because the form never asked for an address. There is no account to log into and no status page. We looked at how the form is wired and every notification slot in its configuration is empty, so there is no mechanism sitting there waiting to write to you.

Nothing on the site states a review time, an approval step or acceptance criteria, and we are not going to invent one. What happens to a submission after it lands is behind the form and we did not test it. The only sensible procedure is the one in the steps above: note the date, and check the library yourself in a few weeks.

What the publishing record actually shows

This is the part we would want to know up front, so here it is plainly. The library's own sitemap has been unchanged for twelve months: the same set of URLs since 4 August 2025, with nothing added and nothing removed. The newest entry of any kind is dated 13 November 2025 and is one of Phygital+'s own models. The most recent third-party tool we could date went up on 6 February 2025.

There is a structural detail that fits that picture. The form writes into one Airtable table, and the library renders its entries from a different base, so getting a submission into the library is a manual step somebody has to take rather than something the form does by itself. We are describing their setup, not their intentions; we have no idea whether that step is on someone's list.

None of this makes submitting a bad idea, because it costs nothing but a minute. It does mean you should treat it as a lottery ticket rather than a listing you are waiting on, and it is the reason we would not build a launch plan around this one. The parent site, phygital.plus, was edited this month and is clearly alive, so this is a quiet corner of an active company rather than an abandoned domain.

What the link would be worth

For completeness, since a link is usually the point. On the entries we parsed, every outbound link to a listed tool carried rel="noopener noreferrer", 59 out of 59, with no nofollow, sponsored or ugc anywhere among them. On the face of it that is a followed link on a DR 47 domain.

The qualification matters, though. Those links are not in the HTML the server sends; they are put there by JavaScript after the page loads. Whether a crawler credits a link that only exists after scripts run is not something we can settle from outside, so we are not going to promise you authority from it. Two smaller notes in the same spirit: the 47 is the parent domain's rating rather than the subdomain's, and the domain registration currently runs to 31 October 2026, so permanence is not a word we would use.

Pick the ones worth your slots.

Our catalog names every directory and shows its Domain Rating up front, so you spend your thirty slots on the ones you actually rate.

Is it worth submitting?

For the minute it takes, there is no real argument against it. It is free, there is no account, the form is three boxes, and the worst case is that nothing happens. If you are working through a list of free AI directories, this one belongs on the list.

What we would not do is wait on it. No third-party tool has appeared in the library for eighteen months, there is no way for anyone to tell you either way, and the link you would eventually get is one a crawler may or may not see. Submit it, note the date, move on to the next one, and put your attention on directories that are visibly still publishing.

The short version

Free, one minute, then silence.

Three boxes at library.phygital.plus/tool-submission, no account, no fee. The third box is public, so use a handle rather than an email. Afterwards you get an on-page thank-you and nothing else, because the form collects no way to reach you. Worth the minute, not worth the wait. See the full catalog.

FAQ

Where is the Phygital+ library submission form?

At library.phygital.plus/tool-submission. It is reachable from the library's own navigation, a call to action on its home page and its footer, and note that /submit returns a 404, so a guessed URL will not get you there. The form is a Softr form writing into Airtable. You do not need an account and there is no captcha.

What does the Phygital+ library form ask for?

Three boxes and nothing else. First a single-line field placeholdered 'Link to the tool'. Then a text area reading 'Describe the tool: what you can do with it, what to use it for, etc.'. Then a second text area: 'Share your social media handle or any contact data, so everyone can see that this AI tool was submitted by you'. Then a button marked Send. There is no name field, no email field and no file upload anywhere in the form.

Are the fields required on the Phygital+ form?

In practice, treat all three as required. All three are configured as required in the form's own settings, but none of them carries an HTML required attribute or an asterisk, there are no labels, and the form is marked novalidate, so your browser will not stop you leaving one blank. Whether a blank submission is refused on their side is not something we can see from outside. Filling all three takes about a minute and removes the question.

What should you put in the third box on the Phygital+ form?

A public handle, and nothing private. The field asks for 'your social media handle or any contact data' and the stated purpose is 'so everyone can see that this AI tool was submitted by you', which means it is intended for public display rather than for contacting you. Put the handle you are happy to have shown and keep private email addresses and phone numbers out of it. Worth setting expectations, though: across 38 published entries we looked at, only one showed any person credit and 29 showed a bare dash, so the credit the field describes does not usually appear.

What happens after you press Send on the Phygital+ form?

You get an in-page line reading 'Thank you for your submission!' and that is the entire feedback loop. There is no redirect, no confirmation email and no dashboard, and since the form collects neither a name nor an email address there is no channel through which anyone could contact you; the notification slots in the form's configuration are all empty. Nothing on the site states a review time or an approval step. The practical advice is to note the date you submitted and check the library yourself later, because nobody is going to tell you.

Does Submitator submit to the Phygital+ library?

It is in our catalog, yes. Honestly, a done-for-you run saves less here than almost anywhere else, because the form is three boxes and takes a minute. What it saves is the rest of the list: remembering which sites you have hit, rewriting a description to suit each one, and keeping track of what came back. Our thirty-directory plan is $29, the dashboard shows you every directory by name with its Domain Rating, and you decide where your slots go.

Thirty directories, chosen on the numbers.

$29, thirty directories of your choosing, ratings visible while you choose, and the address of each listing once it is live.
