AiToolHub Sells 24 Dofollow Backlinks. They Are One Listing, Counted 24 Times

Where the twenty-four comes from

Not from twenty-four places. Every tool page on both domains declares twelve language paths in its hreflang block, en, cn, tw, es, pt, ar, hi, ja, de, fr, ko and ru, and every one of those paths answered on every tool we fetched. Twelve of those on aitoolhub.net and twelve on gptdemo.net is the twenty-four they are selling.

We tested it properly rather than assuming: ten tools, all 24 URLs each, 240 fetches. All 240 answered 200 and all 240 carried a link to the tool. So the count is honest as a count. What it is not is twenty-four domains, twenty-four editors or twenty-four audiences. It is one listing, translated into a URL structure, on two hostnames rated 8 and 27.

And on 385 of 400, the link is nofollow

The package is sold as "24 High-Quality Dofollow Backlinks", and the form that takes the money posts a hidden field literally named dofollow_links with the value 24. We drew a random sample of 400 tool slugs from their own browse surface and fetched every one. On 385 of them the button pointing at the listed tool reads rel="nofollow". On 15 it carries no rel at all, which is a followed link.

We drew a second sample a different way to be sure, 400 tools taken from 70 random pages of their own search endpoint rather than from the category listings, and it came back the same: of the 398 that answered, 381 nofollowed and 16 followed.

The rel is set per listing, not per page: in the 24-URL test, nine of the ten tools were nofollowed on all twenty-four of their URLs and one was followed on all twenty-four. Nothing on either site says what decides it. That makes the one question worth asking before paying very simple, and worth asking in writing.

The two premium domains are one site

The pricing page sells "2 premium domains" and lists them: "Listed on gptdemo.net" and "Listed on aitoolhub.net". Both domains serve the same submission page with the same package, the same bullets and the same form, and the Submit link in aitoolhub.net's own navigation points at gptdemo.net/gpt/add-tool. Ahrefs rates the pair 8 and 27.

They also wrote it down. The add-tool page on aitoolhub.net opens with a script that sends the visitor to the other domain, if (location.hostname.indexOf('aitoolhub.net') !== -1) { location.replace('https://www.gptdemo.net' + location.pathname ... ) }, under a comment in Chinese that says the page should jump to the corresponding page on gptdemo.net, keeping the path and parameters. The same page on gptdemo.net carries no such script. So the submission flow has one destination, and it is not the domain you are reading.

That is worth converting into the unit a buyer actually cares about. Twenty-four links from two hostnames is two referring domains. Thirty directories is thirty.

Their own terms still say $9.9

The price is the second thing here that does not resolve. Their pricing page says $19.9 three times, on both domains. The add-tool page on aitoolhub.net still serves a button reading "Pay Now & Submit - $9.9" and an FAQ reading "It costs $9.9 to list a tool", above a hidden input carrying value="19.9", though that is the page whose own script bounces a browser to gptdemo.net, where the English version of the same page says $19.9 in all three places, while its German, French and Russian versions put 9,9 $ on the button. The $9.9 is what the markup says rather than what a buyer is reliably shown.

The terms do not redirect anywhere, and they still say $9.9. Their Terms of Service, dated "Last Updated: April 21, 2026", states the fee twice as "Premium submission fee: $9.9 (one-time payment)", on both domains. The one Internet Archive capture of their pricing page that answers, from 15 May 2026, shows the identical package block at $9.9, under the same "🔥 Limited Time" badge the page carried when we read it on 23 August 2026. That capture also carries the line the page carried that day: "Join 2,847+ Successful Submissions This Month!" Three months apart, the same number, the same month.

AiToolHub review: is a listing worth $19.9?

As a link buy, no, and the arithmetic is theirs rather than ours. The offer is twenty-four URLs that resolve to two hostnames rated 8 and 27, and on the 400 tool pages we sampled at random the link to the listed tool is nofollowed on 385. There is a version of this listing that is followed, because 15 of the 400 are, but nothing published tells a buyer which one they are paying for.

Then the price, at the $19.9 a buyer is actually shown. One listing costs more than twenty times what a single directory costs inside our $29 Starter plan, which works out at about 97 cents each, and thirty listings at $19.9 apiece would run to $597. At the $9.9 their own terms still name, it is more than ten times, and $297 for thirty. The unit that matters is simpler than either: two referring domains against thirty.

One more thing the $29 absorbs. Nine of those thirty directories sell a paid tier of their own, and the plan covers each of them, which is over $140 of launch fees that never reaches your card.
