The Form Is One Field. Which Means Your Homepage Writes the Listing.
Written by Submitator. FiveTaco is one of the directories we file customers to, so we have a reason to like it. The link count is measured from their live listings rather than assumed, and the method is in the footnote.
FiveTaco is a software directory built for solopreneurs, rated 34 by Ahrefs, holding 2,377 products across ten categories with 121 curated collections on top. Submitting is free and the form is a single input. Their instruction is one sentence: "To submit a product provide the URL you would like listed and we'll start collecting all the goods."
What you get back is better than the form suggests. We sampled 90 of those product pages and every one carries exactly three followed anchors to the product's own domain. The sample held 1,044 outbound anchors in total and not one carried nofollow. Nothing on the site is noindexed.
They build the listing from whatever they can collect at the URL you hand over. So the thing that decides how your entry reads is not a form field, it is your own title, meta description and Open Graph image. On this directory the preparation happens on your site before you submit, and it is the same page that will do the same job on the next thirty.

Per fivetaco.com, its submission page and its sitemaps, all read on 10 September 2026. Domain Rating is Ahrefs' figure via submitator.com/domain-rating-checker, which returned 34. Their sitemaps hold 2,377 distinct product pages, a matching 2,377 per-product reviews pages, 121 collections and 10 categories; lastmod is stamped uniformly across the server sitemaps and therefore carries no information about when any individual listing was created. The link finding is a sample, not a census: a seeded random sample of 90 product URLs, every one fetched successfully at 132-255 KB, parsed rather than pattern-matched, with each outbound anchor classified by hostname. Social profiles, an AppSumo deals block and their own form host were identified by frequency and excluded before attribution. Of the remainder, all 90 listings carry exactly three anchors to the listed product's own domain and all of them carry rel="noopener noreferrer" with no nofollow; across the sample's 1,044 outbound anchors only two rel values appear at all, "noopener noreferrer" on 1,040 and no rel attribute on 4, so nothing in the sample carries nofollow or sponsored, and none of the 90 pages carries a robots noindex. Twelve of the ninety listings carry links into appsumo.com, also followed and not marked sponsored; we make no claim about whether those are affiliate links. The dated collections on their home page are dated curation posts rather than a signal of publishing cadence, and we make no claim about how frequently new products are added, because the uniform lastmod prevents measuring it. The submission wording and the single-field form are quoted from their submit page; an account is required and nothing behind the login was observed, so review time, acceptance rate and editorial practice are outside what we can report. Submitator files customers to FiveTaco. Our plans are $29 for 30 directories, $49 for 60 and $79 for 100, one-time, chosen by you with each Domain Rating shown and nofollow marked where it applies, rejections credited back as +1 directory and a 30-day refund policy on the conditions in our terms.
How to submit to FiveTaco, step by step
- 1
Fix your title and meta description first
This is the whole preparation. They collect the listing from your URL, so whatever your page currently says about itself is what the entry will say. If your title tag is your company name and nothing else, that is the listing you are about to get. Write it as a sentence a stranger could act on.
- 2
Check your Open Graph image is the one you want on the card
Directories that scrape almost always take og:image. A stale screenshot, an old logo or a missing image is the difference between a card that looks maintained and one that looks abandoned, and here you do not get a form field to override it.
- 3
Create the account, then paste the URL
An account is the only friction. After that the form is a single input and a Submit product button, with no category to pick, no description to write and no images to size. It is the shortest submission in the catalog.
- 4
Aim the page at solopreneurs if that is who you sell to
The site describes itself as how solopreneurs find software and its whole audience definition is that word. If your product genuinely fits, saying so in the copy they will collect does more here than any tag would.
- 5
Come back for the reviews page
Every product gets its own reviews page, indexed separately from the listing. That is a second page with your name on it and a place for customers to say something. Very few directories offer it, and nobody is going to fill it in for you.
- 6
Then look at the leaderboard, not the submission
They rank by Top Charts, Top Trending, Top Rated and Most Rated across today, this week, this month and this year. Ratings are the input to most of that, so the useful follow-up after listing is asking a few real users to rate you rather than resubmitting anything.
Three links, and no nofollow anywhere
Uniform results are rare. Ninety listings pulled at random, and every single one has the same shape: three anchors to the product's own domain, each carrying noopener noreferrer and nothing else. Not two, not four. Three, ninety times.
The wider corpus is just as clean. Across all 1,044 outbound anchors in the sample there are exactly two rel values in use: noopener noreferrer on 1,040 and no rel at all on four. There is no nofollow on this site, and no sponsored either.
At DR 34 that is a mid-table domain doing rather more per listing than most higher-rated ones manage.
A one-field form moves the work, it does not remove it
It is tempting to read a single input as a directory that asks nothing of you. What it actually does is move the decision upstream. There is no description box to write a better description in, no image upload to override a bad Open Graph tag, no category selector to correct a wrong guess. They collect what is there.
Which makes your own page the submission. The good news is that this is the one piece of preparation that pays out everywhere: the same title, description and image are what every scraping directory in the catalog will pick up, so an hour spent on them once improves thirty listings rather than one.
The reviews pages are the unusual asset
Their sitemaps contain 2,377 product pages and 2,377 reviews pages, one for each. That is a second indexed page per product, on a domain rated 34, waiting for content that only your customers can supply.
Combined with a leaderboard that ranks on Top Rated and Most Rated, it means this is one of the few directories where something you do after the listing goes live actually changes your position on it. Most directories publish you and forget you.
$0 here. $29 for the thirty you have not got to yet.
One payment, every directory named in your dashboard with its Domain Rating on the card and nofollow marked where it applies, and you tick the ones you want before anything is filed.
FiveTaco review: the short answer
Submit. Free, no badge, an account and one URL, and what comes back is three followed anchors on a site with no nofollow anywhere in it. There is very little to weigh here.
Spend the saved effort on the two things that do matter: the page they will collect from, and the reviews page they will give you afterwards.
One field in. Three followed links out.
FiveTaco takes a URL and collects the rest, so your title, meta description and Open Graph image are the listing. Every one of the 90 product pages we sampled carries three followed anchors, and the whole sample of 1,044 anchors contains no nofollow at all. 2,377 products, each with its own reviews page. The whole catalog.
FAQ
Is a FiveTaco listing dofollow?
Yes, and uniformly so. We sampled 90 of the 2,377 product pages in their sitemaps and every one carries exactly three followed anchors to the product's own domain. The whole sample contained 1,044 outbound anchors and not one carried nofollow or sponsored. Nothing was noindexed.
What does the FiveTaco submission form ask for?
A URL. That is the entire form. Their own words: “To submit a product provide the URL you would like listed and we'll start collecting all the goods.” You do need an account first, but the submission itself is one field and a button.
If the form is one field, what actually decides my listing?
Your own page. They build the listing from what they can collect at the URL you give them, so your title, your meta description, your Open Graph image and the first thing your homepage says are what the entry ends up saying. On this directory the preparation happens on your site rather than in their form.
What is FiveTaco?
A software directory aimed specifically at solopreneurs, describing itself as how solopreneurs find software. It holds 2,377 products across 10 categories, with 121 curated collections and a leaderboard ranked by Top Charts, Top Trending, Top Rated and Most Rated over today, this week, this month and this year.
Does FiveTaco have reviews?
Yes, and that is the unusual part. Every product has its own dedicated reviews page, 2,377 of them, indexed alongside the listings. Most directories give you a card; this one gives you a page people can leave a rating on and a second page that collects them.
What is FiveTaco's Domain Rating?
34 on Ahrefs. Mid-table for the catalog, and worth more than the number alone suggests because a listing here carries three followed anchors rather than one, plus a second indexed page for its reviews.
Does FiveTaco cost anything?
No. There is no pricing page, no paid tier in the submission flow and no badge asked of your site. An account is the only requirement.
Is FiveTaco worth submitting to?
Yes. Free, no badge, three followed anchors per listing and no nofollow anywhere on the site is a good return for pasting one URL. If you sell to solopreneurs it is also one of the few directories whose entire audience definition matches yours.
More submit-to guides.
FiveTaco is free. The other twenty-nine cost $29, together.
One payment, each directory named with its Domain Rating on the card before you choose it, nofollow marked where it applies, badges installed and kept live where one is wanted, and a rejection swapped for another directory.
