How to Submit Your Startup to AIStage
AIStage is an AI-tools directory sitting at Domain Rating 72, and listing one tool there costs $9.9. That is the whole decision, so this guide is mostly arithmetic: what each tier actually buys, why the crossed-out price next to it should not move you, and what the same money covers if you spread it across thirty directories instead of one.
$9.9 buys one listing on one directory. $29 buys thirty directories you choose yourself, at under a dollar each. Three AIStage listings already cost more than our entire Starter plan.
AIStage pricing, July 2026
| Tier | Price | Billing | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic Submit | $9.9 (from $19.9) | One-time | A listing, reviewed in 48h |
| Featured Submit | $19.9 (from $39.9) | One-time | Featured style, 7 days on the homepage |
| Unlimited Submit | $59.9 (from $119.9) | Per month | Unlimited submits, 14 days on the homepage |
Read off their live pricing page on 30 July 2026. All three tiers advertise 'Get DR 70+ dofollow backlinks'; that is their claim, not our measurement. Prices change, so check theirs before paying.
How to submit to AIStage, step by step
- 1
Pick a tier
Basic at $9.9 gets you listed. Featured at $19.9 adds styling and a week on the homepage. Unlimited at $59.9 a month only makes sense if you are submitting many products, since it bills every month until you cancel.
- 2
Submit the tool
Standard directory fields: name, URL, description, category and logo. There is a separate Guest Post track if you want an article rather than a listing.
- 3
Wait for review
They advertise a review within 48 hours. That is slower than the 24 hours they promised through most of 2025, so budget two days rather than one.
The discount that never ends
Every tier is displayed as a saving. Basic Submit shows $19.9 crossed out next to $9.9, and the same pattern runs down the page. It reads like a sale you should hurry for. It has been running for about two years.
Their August 2024 pricing page showed $20 crossed out next to $9.99. Their August 2025 page showed $20 crossed out next to $9.99. The page today shows $19.9 crossed out next to $9.9. The price you pay has barely moved in two years, which means the crossed-out number is not a former price so much as decoration. Nothing wrong with charging $9.9. It is just worth knowing that waiting will not cost you the deal, because there is no deal to lose.
The one number that did move is the subscription. Unlimited Submit was $29.99 a month in August 2025 and is $59.9 a month now, so that tier doubled while the headline entry price stayed flat.
The free tier they removed
Worth knowing if you remember AIStage as free, because it was. In August 2025 the pricing page carried a Free Submit plan whose terms read "Add our backlinks to your homepage and get free submissions", complete with a snippet to paste and a 72-hour review. Link to them, get listed for nothing.
That plan is gone and the cheapest door is now $9.9. This is the pattern worth recognising across this whole category: directories want a link back from your site, they are willing to trade a free listing for it, and then the offer quietly disappears while your homepage still carries the link. Keeping track of which directory wants which badge, and whether it still buys you anything, is most of the tedium in directory submission.
$9.9 for one, or $29 for thirty
Here is the arithmetic that decides it. AIStage lists you on one directory for $9.9. Submitator's $29 Starter plan is thirty directories that you choose yourself, which works out to under a dollar each. Three AIStage listings come to $29.70, which is more than our entire Starter plan, and leaves you on three sites instead of thirty.
The subscription is starker still. Unlimited Submit at $59.9 a month is roughly $719 over a year, on one directory, and it keeps billing after you have run out of products to submit. Our $29 is paid once.
| Feature | Submitator Starter | AIStage Basic |
|---|---|---|
| Price | $29 one-time | $9.9 one-time |
| Directories covered | 30, you pick them | One |
| Cost per directory | Under $1 | $9.9 |
| You choose where | Single site | |
| Badges and link-backs | Installed and kept live | Free tier removed |
| Turnaround | 24 to 48 hours | 48 hours |
| Refund | 30-day | Not published on pricing |
AIStage is one directory, so some rows do not apply to it. The comparison is what a fixed budget buys, not a feature-for-feature match.
Thirty directories for the price of three listings
You pick them, badges and link-backs handled, 30-day refund. From $29 one-time.
So should you pay the $9.9?
If you want to be on AIStage specifically, $9.9 is not a lot of money and DR 72 is real authority. Just go in knowing the discount is permanent, the review takes two days rather than one, and the dofollow promise is theirs rather than something we could confirm.
If what you want is links rather than this one listing, paying per directory is the expensive way to get them. That is why we do not submit to AIStage: the same money goes further across a set of directories you pick yourself, with the badge and link-back work handled and a refund if it does not deliver.
FAQ
How much does it cost to submit to AIStage?
Three tiers when we checked in July 2026. Basic Submit is $9.9 one-time, shown as a discount from $19.9. Featured Submit is $19.9 one-time, shown as a discount from $39.9, and adds featured styling plus seven days on the homepage. Unlimited Submit is $59.9 per month, shown as a discount from $119.9, and is the only recurring option. All three advertise a review within 48 hours and a listing that stays live.
Is AIStage free to submit to?
Not any more. There is no free tier on the current pricing page. There was one as recently as August 2025: a Free Submit plan whose terms read 'Add our backlinks to your homepage and get free submissions', with a snippet to paste and a 72-hour review. That plan is gone, and the cheapest way in is now $9.9.
Is the AIStage discount real?
The struck-through price has been on display for about two years, so treat it as the price rather than a sale. Their August 2024 page showed $20 struck through to $9.99, August 2025 showed the same, and the current page shows $19.9 struck through to $9.9. The headline number has barely moved; only the number crossed out next to it has.
Are AIStage links dofollow?
AIStage says so: every tier advertises 'Get DR 70+ dofollow backlinks'. We could not verify it independently, because their tool pages sit behind a bot challenge and have no archived copies to inspect, so we can't read the rel attribute the way we normally would. FrogDR's certified badge puts the domain at DR 72, which is consistent with the DR part of their claim. Check the link on your own listing before treating the dofollow part as settled.
Does Submitator submit to AIStage?
No, Submitator doesn't submit to AIStage. Every listing there is $9.9 out of pocket, and the unlimited option is a subscription. The comparison is the point: the same $29 here is the entire 30-directory Starter plan, which works out to under a dollar per directory. You pick the 30 yourself in the dashboard with each directory's Domain Rating on screen, dofollow links are the stated focus, badges and link-backs are installed and kept live where directories require them, the batch goes out in 24 to 48 hours with a live link per completed listing, and there is a 30-day money-back refund.
