AI Center Advertises Daily New Tools. Its Sitemap Dates Them on 17 Days Out of 88.
Written by Submitator, which sells a competing directory-submission service. Every figure below is published with its source and its sample size, so you can check it against their site rather than against us.
AI Center is one of the better-built directories in this series, and the credit belongs at the top. It is DR 37 with 3,473 tool profiles. We sampled 500 pages and every profile among them, 488 of 488, links out to the tool with rel="noopener noreferrer", a followed link, no redirector, with a canonical tag on all 500. Their homepage says "3,473 tools catalogued" and the sitemap holds exactly that. Their paid slots are labelled in words most directories never print.
One line in the footer does not survive the same check. "Daily new tools added", it says. Across the 88 days from 1 June to 27 August 2026, their own sitemap puts a lastmod on tool pages on 17 of them. Eighty-five tool pages are stamped in that entire span, and 46 of the 85 land together on one day, 24 August.
The dated days since 1 June, in full: 2, 3, 1, 2, 1, 2, 1, 1, 6, 1, 4, 4, 1, 5, 2, 3, and then 46 on 24 August. Take that last burst out and the rest is 39 tool pages across sixteen days in three months. Behind all of it, 3,357 of the 3,474 dated tool pages carry a single March 2026 stamp, which is what a catalog looks like when it arrives in one piece.

Per aicenter.ai, its robots.txt, sitemap.xml, /submit-tools and the pages sampled here, all read on 27 August 2026. Domain Rating is Ahrefs' figure via submitator.com/domain-rating-checker; no second provider was queried. Nothing was submitted, no account was created and no payment was made. sitemap.xml is a single urlset of 3,630 URLs: 3,473 tool profiles at /tools/<slug>, 98 /alternatives sub-pages, 44 /reviews sub-pages, 9 blog posts and the roots. The link census is a seeded random sample of 500 of the 3,615 /tools/ URLs, all 500 fetched with zero errors: 488 are profile pages and every one of the 488 carries a Website anchor to the tool's own domain with rel="noopener noreferrer" and no nofollow, sponsored or ugc token, all 488 carrying utm_source=aicenter.ai; the remaining 12 are /alternatives or /reviews sub-pages, which carry no Website row by design. A rel=canonical was present on 500 of 500 and JSON-LD on 496 of 500. Prices and bullets are quoted from the served HTML of /submit-tools. The freshness figures come from the lastmod values in their own sitemap, which record when a page was last modified rather than when it was created, so they are a proxy for additions and not a register of them; on that measure 3,357 of the 3,474 dated tool pages carry a March 2026 stamp, and between 1 June and 27 August 2026 tool pages are dated on 17 distinct days totalling 85 pages, 46 of which fall on 24 August. The blog holds nine posts, six dated 15 March 2026 and the others 24 January 2025, 3 July 2023 and 30 May 2023, and four of the nine are about NSFW generators. The disclosure line is quoted from the homepage. The 50K+ monthly visitors figure on their submission page is their claim and was not verified. Submitator does not submit to AI Center: our plans are $29 for 30 directories, $49 for 60 and $79 for 100, one-time, chosen by you in the dashboard with each Domain Rating shown, rejections credited back as +1 directory and a 30-day refund policy on the conditions in our terms.
How to submit to AI Center, step by step
- 1
Start at $15 unless a date is forcing you
Basic buys the profile, the followed link and the permanent page. Everything above it is mostly a shorter wait: 24 hours at $45, two hours at $65, against three business days at $15. If nothing is launching on Tuesday, the extra $30 or $50 is buying you a queue position you may not need.
- 2
Price the homepage feature by its length
Standard includes a 3-day homepage feature and Premium a 7-day one. Four extra days on the homepage is the honest description of most of that $20 gap, alongside the two-hour review. Decide what four days of homepage placement on a DR 37 directory is worth to you and then pick, rather than reading the ladder top-down.
- 3
Look at the blog before you buy the blog post
The $65 tier includes an "SEO backlink blog post". Open /blogs first. There are nine posts there, the newest dated 15 March 2026, and four of them are about NSFW generators. That is the page your post would live next to, and it takes thirty seconds to check.
- 4
Check the link after you go live, and expect it to be fine
Open your profile and look at the Website row. It should point straight at your own domain with rel="noopener noreferrer" and a utm tag, which is what all 488 profiles in our sample do. This is one of the few directories where we can say the link half of the deal is simply not a risk.
- 5
Take their disclosure at face value, and read it
The homepage says "Featured placement may be paid. Position here is not a product-quality score." That is unusually straight, and it also tells you what a featured slot is: visibility, not endorsement. If you were buying Standard or Premium partly for the credibility of appearing up top, their own line is the correction.
- 6
Do not budget on the daily-additions line
"Daily new tools added" sets an expectation about how busy the directory is around your listing. Their sitemap dates tool pages on 17 days out of the last 88. Neither number tells you what traffic you will get, but the second one is the one you can check, and it is the one to plan with.
Credit first, because there is a lot of it
Three things on this site check out that routinely do not check out elsewhere. The link is followed: 488 of 488 profiles in our sample point at the tool's own domain with rel="noopener noreferrer", no nofollow token anywhere in the set and no redirector in the middle. The catalog count is exact: they say "3,473 tools catalogued" and the sitemap holds 3,473 profile pages, not a round number pointing vaguely upward.
And the paid placements are labelled. Their homepage heads the block "Featured AI Tools", calls it "Sponsored placements and editor-selected listings", and then prints the sentence almost nobody prints: "DISCLOSURE · Featured placement may be paid. Position here is not a product-quality score." We have audited a lot of directories for this series and that is the clearest one we have read.
The one claim that does not survive
In the footer, between "always free to browse" and "Clear listing disclosures", sits "Daily new tools added". It is the line that tells a founder how alive the place is, and it is the one line here we could not reconcile.
Their sitemap carries a lastmod for 3,474 tool pages. 3,357 of them share a single March 2026 stamp. In the whole of the 88 days from 1 June to 27 August 2026, tool pages are dated on 17 days, and the 85 pages stamped across that quarter include a block of 46 on 24 August alone. The days in between run one, two or three at a time, with gaps of a week and more.
A lastmod records a change rather than a birth, so this is a proxy and we say so. It is also the only public record there is, and daily additions would leave daily marks in it. What it shows instead is a catalog that arrived in one piece and has been topped up in occasional handfuls since.
What the ladder is actually selling
Set the three lists side by side. $15: listed in the directory, reviewed within three business days, permanent once approved. $45: all of that, plus 24-hour approval, a 3-day homepage feature and a newsletter mention. $65: all of that, plus 2-hour approval, a 7-day homepage feature and a blog post.
Strip out the speed and the ladder gets short. Three business days becomes 24 hours becomes 2 hours, which is $50 of difference for a review that a person performs once and you never see again. The homepage feature stretches from three days to seven. The newsletter mention arrives at $45 and the blog post at $65, and those two are the only rungs that put your name somewhere new rather than sooner.
The shelf the $65 blog post sits on
"SEO backlink blog post" is the headline feature of the top tier, so it is worth opening the blog before choosing it. It holds nine posts. Six carry a lastmod of 15 March 2026, and the remaining three are dated January 2025, July 2023 and May 2023. Nothing has been added or touched there in five months.
Four of the nine are about NSFW generators, by their own titles. That is a fact about the neighbourhood rather than a judgement about it, and it is the neighbourhood a paid post would join. Their tool catalog is a different story: only 54 of the 3,473 profiles match an adult-tool name pattern, though 49 of the 142 alternatives and reviews pages do. Whichever way you read that, the blog is a small, quiet, specific place, and $65 is priced partly on it.
What their ladder costs against ours
Put the two price lists next to each other, because that is the decision. Their $15 buys one profile. At what the Starter plan works out to, that same $15 is about fifteen directories. Their $45 is four dollars less than our Growth plan, which is sixty of them.
And the top of their ladder is the part worth staring at. $65 for one listing is $16 more than our $49, and our $49 covers sixty directories that you pick yourself with every Domain Rating on the card. It is $14 short of our $79, which covers a hundred. Whatever a two-hour review and a seven-day homepage slot are worth, that is the money they are being weighed against.
None of this says their $15 is a bad buy. It says the ladder above it is priced against a market where the same money moves in a different unit. One good profile, or sixty doors you read before you choose them.
Their $65: one listing. Our $49: sixty directories.
One payment, every directory named in your dashboard with its Domain Rating on the card, and you tick the ones you want before anything is filed.
AI Center review: which tier, if any?
Basic at $15 is a straightforward buy and we would not argue with anyone who makes it. The link is real, the page is permanent, the catalog is counted honestly and the paid slots are labelled. On the parts we could measure, this directory does what it says.
The upper tiers are where the thinking goes. Fifty dollars separates a three-day review from a two-hour one, four days separate the two homepage features, and the blog behind the top tier has not published since March. None of that is a reason to avoid the site. It is a reason to buy the bottom rung unless something specific is pulling you up the ladder.
Our end of it, plainly. One profile is one profile, however good, and their top tier asks $65 for it while our $49 covers sixty directories. Nine of those sixty sell paid tiers of their own that the plan absorbs, each listed by name with its price on the savings page, over $140 in total. You read that list before you buy, which is the same courtesy AI Center extends with its disclosure line.
Well built. Just not daily.
A DR 37 directory of 3,473 profiles where the link is followed on 488 of 488 we sampled, the catalog count matches the sitemap exactly and the paid placements carry a real disclosure line. $15, $45 or $65, and most of what separates the tiers is approval speed. The footer promises daily new tools; the sitemap dates them on 17 of the last 88 days. Their $65 top tier costs $16 more than our $49, which covers sixty directories, and their $15 is about fifteen of ours. Thirty cost $29, and you read the list first. The whole catalog.
FAQ
How much does it cost to submit to AI Center?
Three one-time tiers. "Basic" is $15 and buys "Listed in the AI tools directory", "Reviewed within 3 business days" and "Permanent listing once approved". "Standard" is $45 and adds "Priority 24-hour approval", a "3-day homepage feature" and a "Newsletter mention". "Premium" is $65 and adds "2-hour approval", a "7-day homepage feature" and an "SEO backlink blog post". Payment runs through Stripe and there is no free tier.
What is the difference between the AI Center tiers?
Read down the three lists and most of the difference is how fast a human looks at you: 3 business days, then 24 hours, then 2 hours. The rest is a homepage feature that runs 3 days at $45 and 7 days at $65, a newsletter mention, and the blog post at the top. If you are not launching against a date, the speed rungs are the ones to think hardest about.
Is the AI Center link dofollow?
Yes, and it is worth saying before anything else. We took 500 URLs at random from their sitemap and fetched every one without an error. 488 of those are tool profiles, and all 488 carry a Website link pointing straight at the tool's own domain with rel="noopener noreferrer", which is a followed link. Not one carries nofollow and none routes through a redirector. Every page we fetched carried a canonical tag, and 496 of the 500 emit JSON-LD.
Does AI Center really add new tools daily?
Their footer says "Daily new tools added". Their sitemap says something narrower. Across the 88 days from 1 June to 27 August 2026, tool pages carry a lastmod on 17 of those days, and 85 tool pages are stamped in that whole span, of which 46 land on a single day, 24 August. Separately, 3,357 of the 3,474 dated tool pages share one March 2026 stamp, which is the shape of an import rather than of a daily trickle.
How big is AI Center?
3,473 tool profiles, and that number is worth crediting because it is exact: their homepage says "3,473 tools catalogued" and their sitemap holds precisely 3,473 profile pages. Alongside those sit 98 alternatives pages and 44 reviews pages. Their footer's "3,000+ live tool profiles" is true as well.
What does the $65 SEO backlink blog post get you?
A post on their blog, which currently holds nine of them. Six share a lastmod of 15 March 2026 and the other three are dated January 2025, July 2023 and May 2023, so nothing there is newer than March. Four of the nine promote NSFW generators. That is the shelf your paid post would sit on, and it is a fair thing to ask about before choosing the top tier rather than after.
Does AI Center disclose paid placement?
Yes, and better than most. The homepage labels the block "Featured AI Tools", describes it as "Sponsored placements and editor-selected listings", and prints "DISCLOSURE · Featured placement may be paid. Position here is not a product-quality score." That second sentence is the one almost nobody writes. Credit where it is due.
Is there a free way to list on AI Center?
No. $15 is the cheapest door and the tier list has no free column. What the $15 buys is real, though: a permanent profile with a followed link on a DR 37 domain, reviewed by a person within three business days.
Is AI Center worth $15?
For the Basic tier, on the numbers, yes. A followed link, a canonical, structured data and a permanent page on a DR 37 directory whose catalog count is honest and whose paid placements are labelled is a well-run place to be listed. The questions are further up the ladder: whether two-hour approval is worth $50 more than three business days, and what a blog post is worth on a blog that has not moved since March.
Does Submitator submit to AI Center?
No. Their $15 buys one profile on one domain. Our Starter plan is $29 for submissions to thirty directories, each named in the dashboard with its Domain Rating on the card, and you tick the ones you want before a single submission is filed. $49 covers sixty and $79 a hundred, paid once, with a rejection swapped for another directory and a thirty-day refund window on the conditions in our terms.
More submit-to guides.
Their $15: one listing. Our $29: thirty directories.
One payment, each directory named with its Domain Rating on the card before you choose it, badges installed and kept live where one is wanted, and a rejection swapped for another directory.
