Terms of Service

Submitator provides an automated submission service for startups to various online directories and platforms. We also offer curated lists and other marketing services as described on our website.

All services are offered on a one-time payment basis unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers (Stripe). By purchasing a service, you agree to pay the specified fees.

We offer a 30-day refund policy. Refunds are available only for directories we fail to deliver within our stated ETA — they are not unconditional, so please read the conditions below before purchasing.

• Delivery ETA: We aim to submit your startup to every directory in your package within 2–3 days. However, Submitator is currently in beta and demand is higher than we can comfortably handle, so our committed ETA to deliver all directories in a package is 30 days from purchase.
• Proportional refund for undelivered directories: If we have not delivered all directories in your package within 30 days, you are entitled to a refund proportional to the number of directories we did not deliver.
• Quality or rejection is not grounds for a refund: A directory declining or rejecting your project — for example because it does not fit the directory's own policy, or because the submitted site was changed to disallowed or adult content — is outside our control and does not qualify for a refund. That said, by default we credit rejections back: whenever a submission is rejected, we add +1 directory to your selection so you can choose a different one.
• Directory queues: Many directories run their own review queues and approval times, which we do not control and are not responsible for. Where possible we arrange fast-pass access with directories, and we automatically monitor your project to act quickly on any approval or rejection.

In short: refunds are not unconditional, but we work closely with your feedback to make things right wherever we reasonably can.

All Directories is a one-time purchase attached to a single project. It covers every directory in our catalogue at the time of purchase, and every directory we add to the catalogue afterwards, for as long as we operate the Service. There is no directory count to spend and no expiry date.

• Catalogue commitments: we commit to a catalogue of at least 180 directories by December 31, 2026, and at least 300 directories by December 31, 2027. Those are the numbers we are bound by. Any larger figures published elsewhere on our site or in our marketing are targets we are working toward, not commitments.
• Proportional refund if we miss a commitment: if the catalogue is below a committed number on its date, you may request a refund proportional to the shortfall, calculated as (committed number minus actual number) divided by the committed number, multiplied by the amount you paid. This remedy is specific to this tier and is not limited by the 30-day window in our Refund Policy above. Requests must reach us within 60 days of the missed date.
• Quality over count: we count only directories we actively submit to. Directories that shut down or degrade are removed from the catalogue, and removals count against the numbers above. We would rather miss a committed number and refund the difference than pad the catalogue to reach it.
• Rejections: the +1 directory credit described in our Refund Policy does not apply to this tier, because your selection is already the whole catalogue and there is nothing to swap in. A rejection is recorded in your report with the reason given, and it does not reduce what you purchased.
• Delivery: the delivery ETA in our Refund Policy applies to the directories in the catalogue at the time of your purchase. Directories added later are submitted as part of our normal submission cycle after they are added.
• Upgrades: if you already bought a package for the same project, upgrading to All Directories from inside the app credits what you paid for that project against the price. Buying through a public checkout link cannot see your account and therefore cannot apply that credit.
• Price: the price of this tier tracks the size of the catalogue and rises as the catalogue grows. The price you paid does not change afterwards, and a later rise gives you no additional obligation.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your startup or business entity for the submission process. We are not responsible for any errors, rejections, or legal issues arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Adeptus Innovatio SL and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Spain and foreign countries.

In no event shall Adeptus Innovatio SL, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
