# Support

> Write to support@submitator.com with the request id, and never with your key.

Write to [support@submitator.com](mailto:support@submitator.com) about the API, your account or a listing.

## What to send

A request id lets us find the exact call in our logs. Send as many of these as you have:

- The `request_id` from the error body, or the `X-Request-Id` header of the response.
- The time of the call in UTC, and the method and path, such as `POST /v1/projects/prj_4QzX1m9Lr2Vb7Nc8Tk3HwP/launch`.
- The ids involved: `prj_`, `lst_` or `dir_`.
- The key's id from `GET /ping`, such as `key_3Rw8Kx2Lq9Vt5Nb1Zm7HcW`.

For a webhook that did not arrive, send the endpoint's `we_` id and the delivery's `wd_` id from its deliveries as well.

Never send the key itself. If a key was shared by mistake, roll it in the console with "now" before you write.

## Before you write

- [Error codes](https://submitator.com/docs/errors) say what each code means and how to fix it.
- [How it works](https://submitator.com/docs/how-it-works) explains every listing status and how long listings take.
- [Rate limits](https://submitator.com/docs/rate-limits) cover 429 answers and `Retry-After`.
